Search the LulzBot User Forum for a solution. You may find an answer to your question there.
View the LulzBot Open Hardware Assembly Instructions (OHAI) installation and assembly guides for your printer.
For print quality, verify you are using the latest Cura LulzBot Edition print profiles.
Flash the firmware on your printer using the OHAI Instructions page. If you are looking for an older firmware use Cura Firmware Flashing Tutorial
When contacting support, video or photos are extremely helpful to illustrate the question(s) you have, if applicable.
