LOVELAND, COLORADO, USA – Aleph Objects, Inc., makers of the award-winning LulzBot 3D Printers, has experienced impressive growth since its founding, ranking as the United States’ #1 fastest growing privately-held computer hardware company on the 2016 Inc. 500 list. Today, the Colorado-based company announced two major milestones that position it for continued success: The purchase of a new facility to house growing sales, marketing, and support teams, and a $3-million line of credit with Bank of the West.
“Aleph Objects’ new facility and increased access to capital will drive the company’s next stage of growth in the rapidly growing 3D printing industry,” said Aleph Objects’ President, Harris Kenny.
The 6,500 square-foot, 3-story office building in Loveland, Colorado, is located across the street from scenic Lake Loveland and near the restaurants and shops of Loveland’s historic downtown. “Aleph Lago,” (Spanish for “Lake”) as the building has been named, will supplement the current 17,000 square-foot Aleph “Mountain” building, also located in Loveland. Aleph Lago features a creative studio for content production, numerous collaborative spaces, and an open office environment with views of the lake and mountains. The move will also have a positive impact at Aleph Mountain.
“We have numerous exciting development projects underway,” said Julie Pettit, Aleph Objects’ R&D Manager. “Additional space will increase our efficiency so we can get next generation LulzBot technology in customers’ hands sooner.” The move will also free up space for Manufacturing, Shipping/Receiving, and Procurement, which will remain at Aleph Mountain.
Further supporting the company’s plans is a new $3-million line of credit with Bank of the West. The financial flexibility will be a useful tool as the Aleph Objects executive team makes plans for continued growth. “Manufacturing continues to play a critical role in the American economy and we’re dedicated to providing businesses like Aleph Objects with the resources required for smart growth,” said Michelle Di Gangi, EVP of Small & Medium Enterprise Banking at Bank of the West. “We offer our industry expertise and global reach to help our clients and communities thrive.”
As always, Aleph Objects remains committed to user freedom. The company’s expanded footprint and buying power will enable continued leadership in the 3D printing industry with Free Software, Libre Innovation, and Open Source Hardware. Regularly scheduled 3D printer factory tours at Aleph Mountain will continue through the move unless otherwise announced, and take place on Friday afternoons at 2:00 p.m. If interested, contact Info@LulzBot.com to confirm your attendance.
